Usage AgreementAll Commissions are for Personal Use only.Commissioned work may not be used in AI, NFT's, or merchandise. Commercial use of my artwork must be discussed._{* The customer may, however, use what they commission for any personal means, which includes personal stickers, keychains, merch, etc. It may be printed & gifted to friends and family. It may NOT be sold.}

Delivery ProcessWhen commissioning me, the commissioner understands my style will alter, vary, or change. They understand I am using commissions to improve my skill and apply studies to expand my knowledge in art.

The commissioner is encouraged to repost the commission wherever they like as long as it is credited.

The average commission progress wait time is two to three months.

Refund PolicyThe commissioner may request a refund if no sketch has been delivered.13% of the total commission cost is non-refundable once the work has begun.No refund is available beyond the outline phase or final stages of the commission.

Client RevisionsDepending on the commission, one or many progress updates will be sent to the commissioner. It is encouraged throughout the commission to request changes if desired.The client is responsible for clearly communicating any changes or revisions during the early stages of the commission to avoid dissatisfaction later.Significant changes requested after final approval may incur additional costs or be declined.

Complexity FeeCharacters with overwhelming amounts of patterns of details may incur an additional complexity fee.Complexity fees are assessed during the initial consultation based on the client's description and references.All complexity fees will be discussed and approved by the client before work begins.

Artist RightsI (the artist) maintain the right to decline, refuse, or refund a commission at any time for any reason.

Creative LimitationsThere is a small list of things I refuse to draw. Refusing to draw these things does not mean I encourage hate or disrespect towards other peoples' beliefs and interests.These Include:

Payment PlansIf ABing an adoptable, purchaser is required to pay a portion of the AB claim payment up-front, usually $200. If the final price of the adoptable is less than $200, the entire amount will be expected upon purchase.Payment Plans MUST be made in a consistent and timely manner, or the adoptable may be revoked and the purchaser will be refunded.The full price of the adoptable is expected to be covered within 3 months, give or take. This may be discussed.I do not do holds, up-front payment is a requirement.

Adoptable Information

DesignThe final design will not be altered, what you see is what you get. The design may be altered through commissions however you'd like. You may even draw over the purchased art itself, once the adoptable falls into the buyer's hands, it is theirs.

ResaleDo not purchase an adoptable to resell it for a profit. The only way you can increase its value is by commissioning other artists and tacking that commission value on it. Do not doodle something, slap it on, and try to resell it for +$100 or something. I will tell all the other artists and then blacklist you.

CreditWhen purchasing a design from me, I will include high-resolution, non-watermarked images (but please credit me regardless).

Each Fullbody either applies as an alternate design or alternate outfit.Every Fullbody will have its own unique pose pertaining to the personality of the design.

Refund PolicyThe client may request a refund, however, please give me a necessary amount of time to be able to refund a large amount.I, the artist, give my promise to issue any custom commission refund as quickly as possible in a situation where funds are not immediately available.

Why are the custom prices so high?A custom commission can require the equivalent of a full week's work, akin to working a 9-5 job solely on your piece. This includes multiple revisions, incorporating your feedback, and experimenting with various designs to achieve the perfect final product.For those who have a clear idea of what they want, I also offer standard illustrations or reference sheets, which might be more cost-effective and straightforward.

Do you accept payment plans?Absolutely.Similar to the adoptable TOS, payments will be expected in a timely manner. My progress will mirror the amount received.
