A reference at the starting price is x1 fullbody front-facing stance or pose - with or without clothing.Redesigns are the same as a reference, but include an overhaul of the design either through instruction or via artistic liberty if permitted.
I'm okay with drawing characters naked for 18+ commissioners. A censored version will be included at the end of the commission.

| Commissions may not be resold as Merchandise, NFTs, commercial use, stickers, prints, keychains, used for logos, etc. |
| Commercial use of my artwork must be discussed which may alter the prices or be declined. |
| Paypal is the only acceptable currency, and payment must be delivered by the time the sketch has been sent to the commissioner. | Refunds will be issued if the commission has not been started. If the sketch is sent, partial refunds are available. Refunds will not be given once the sketch has been approved. |
| I do maintain the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time. It is not personal if this happens. | Art Style - When commissioning me, the commissioner understands my style will alter, vary, or change. They understand I am using commissions to improve my skill and apply studies to expand my knowledge in art. |
| Reposting - The commissioner is allowed to repost the commission wherever they like as long as it is credited to me. I encourage it! | Wait Time & Delays - the commissioner understands they could be waiting for up to 2 or 3 months for progress on their commission. If there is concern you are forgotten, feel free to remind me. |
| Changing Commission - the commissioner can request a change in their commission or a different character if a sketch has not yet been sent. If a sketch is sent, they may request a change in appearence, expression, or edits/adjustments only. | Delivery - If communicating via Discord.gg, Gyazo will be the main WIP url to receive, and sta.sh for the completed commission. Do not open anything not associated with these URLs. WIPs will be given throughout the commission, and progress will not be continued without client confirmation. I will just let it sit there forever. Edits or changes are encouraged to be asked for throughout this process pertaining to colors, missing details, and adjustments. |

If you are uncertain of your character being a complex design, DM me! I'm happy to determine this with you.Please note that while a character can be complex, this fee doesn't always apply. If the bulk of the details are on the outfit and the commissioner only orders a bust, for example, than a lot of these details won't be drawn to begin with and the fee won't apply.

| Payment - Paypal $USD is currently the only acceptable currency. This may change soon with the rising popularity of Stripe. | $200 is a required up-front payment. If it is sold for less than $200, the entire amount is expected to be paid. I will wait up to a week. Payment plans will be accepted after a financial discussion. Typically, I would like the full amount to be paid within 2-3 months, and extra time is given if the final price reaches above $700-$800. |
| Design - I will not alter the final adoptable design - what you see it what you get. You can commission me or other artists to redesign some elements you want changed. You can do whatever you like with it, visually speaking. | Resale - Do not purchase an adoptable to resell it for a profit. The only way you can increase its value is by commissioning other artists and tacking that commission value on it. Do not doodle something, slap it on, and try to resell it for +$100 or something. I will tell on you to all of Twitter and then blacklist you. π |
| Holds - I will not do "holds" on bidding auctions. Please be prepared to spend the up-front price at the very least. Why are Customs prices so high?
Customs are expected to be a week's worth of work or more. I don't mean the wait time being a week, I mean working a 9-5 on a single commission. The price is intended to match the amount of work it will take going back and fourth between the customer and trying out various designs and ideas for a final look.For people who know exactly what they want and only want everything drawn as envisioned: consider commissioning me for normal illustrations or a reference instead!
Do you allow payment plans?
I do, but I will only deliver updates as payments are continued. I will not finish the custom reference until payment has been made in full.I prefer full payment within 2 - 3 months, but this can be discussed! Don't be shy!
I got a custom from you, but I want to add onto the reference later, can I do that?
Yes, but redesign fees and outfit fees will still apply as if you were commissioning a reference from me. If the character is being changed/overhauled to being unrecognizable, that is essentially a custom, and custom pricing will apply.
What information do I need before I order a custom design?
Please have the following in mind before I begin so that we have a general idea of what you would like:
Motif or Theme (ie. sun, moon, ghostly, cute, cottagecore) // these keywords will help identify what mood we want from the character, feel free to give me multiple!
Sex or Gender (If trans, please explain what body-type you prefer - there are many shapes and sizes, some feminine and some masculine. If you don't decide, I will decide for you!)
Timeline & World // such as fantasy, modern, futuristic, post-apocalyptic, Utopian, Retro... The world matters just as much as the character!
If you can, personality and upbringing also helps immensely, but is not required at all!
